4.1 Deposit Rules

The following payment methods can be used to deposit funds on the zya9 platform: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount for all methods is ৳300. Deposited amounts should be credited to your account immediately; if there is any delay, please contact the support team.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for your deposit. Approved withdrawals are generally processed within 1 hour.

4.3 Payment Verification

For security purposes, zya9 may carry out additional identity verification before processing large withdrawals. This process is in place to keep your funds secure.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25x. This means you must wager a total of 25 times the bonus amount before withdrawing. Example: for a ৳1,500 bonus, you must wager ৳37,500 before withdrawing.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• Silver: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback
• Gold: Up to 1.1% weekly cashback
• Platinum: Up to 1.5% weekly cashback

It is possible to advance to a higher tier based on your gaming activity. Each tier has its own benefits and rewards.

6.1 General Gaming Rules

All games on the zya9 platform are operated in accordance with fair play principles. The games use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology developed and tested by third-party game providers.

6.2 Technical Issues

If a loss occurs due to a technical problem or game error, zya9 will investigate. A decision will be made based on the rules of the relevant game provider and log files in each case. zya9 reserves the right to void abnormal winnings resulting from technical errors.

6.3 Bet Limits
